The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.
To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment.
These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right.
Golden Apple Jincheng No.1 School inherits the motto by Zhang Zai, the great scholar in Song Dynasty, "To hold the conscience between heaven and earth, To settle the live hood for our populace, To trace the lost learnings of past sages, And to lead peace for all future generations."
We strive to cultivate the students' integrity, devotion, cooperation, excellence in moral and academics, and educate for all-round development. On the other hand, with the combination of rigorous academic attitude prevailing in China, creative thinking and practical ability prevalent in developed countries, the students are to be cultivated into: Global Vision Participants, Responsible Citizens, Effective Communicators, Academic Achievers, Critical and Creative Thinkers.
